These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications published by Quartenson ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using any Quartenson app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

1. Use of the App

You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Use the app to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network connected to our services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or its related services.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the app.

2. Accounts

Some features require you to sign in, for example via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at quartenson.support@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a way that harms other users or our services.

You may also delete your account directly within the app by going to Settings > Delete Account and confirming the deletion. For more detail, see our Account Deletion page.

3. Subscriptions & Premium Features

Some Quartenson apps offer optional paid subscriptions or one-time purchases that unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service .

• Billing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, as shown at the time of purchase). Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, it begins immediately upon sign-up. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Google Play under their standard refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Subscription pricing may change in the future. Any changes will be handled in accordance with Google Play policies and applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding in our apps are the intellectual property of Quartenson or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps solely for your personal purposes as described in these Terms.

5. No Guarantees

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times or free from errors.
• Results from cognitive training or productivity features will meet your expectations.
• The app will be free from viruses or other harmful components (though we take reasonable precautions).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quartenson will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our apps is limited to the amount you paid us (if anything) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our apps at any time, with or without notice. We will try to give reasonable advance notice for significant changes. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our apps may integrate with third-party services (for example, Google Sign-In, AdMob, Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

9. Beta Features

We may release features in beta or preview form. Beta features are experimental and may be unstable, incomplete, or removed at any time. Use beta features at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quartenson operates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection regulations in your country.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
